Close up of the female that won't let the male into the anemone because it's too small. So bought a Rose bubble tip and now he won't go in that! ARRRGGGGGG! He likes the open brain more...

I have a bubble tip and clown in my tank the tips of the anemone have yet to swell at all i feed it once weekly with calm and its under 250watt metal halides,will it get the swollen tips eventually?
