What kind of coral is this?

Could anybody identify this coral for me? I am at a loss and I don't even know if it is doing well or not?

very nice piece its a bubble coral some people call it a hammer coral because the bubble ends look like hammers looks ok but have to watch they dont get brown jelly diease

Yes I agree that this is a hammer coral AKA frogspawn scientific name Euphyllia. It appears to be a bit bleached. What kind of lighting do you have it under? If you are unable to provide it with more light you could try feeding it (at night) mysis seem to be a favorite of mine. In order for it to thrive it will need a decent amount of light.
