Aiptasia sp.

These nuisance anemones can be aggressive towards neighboring corals by stinging them with their tentacles, and harming coral tissue. They can quickly reproduce in the aquarium through asexual and sexual means.

I had it in my Aquarium , multiplying and now is alarming , start stinging other coral .Looking for Berghia sp. (nudibranch) to clean up .

trust me you dont want them there a pest i had i and now there every were so how do you get read of the ???

I only have 1 in my 60 setup, should I get rid of it....if so what is the best method. It can expand about 2 inches right now, but its far away from my other stuff.

I recently bought some "Joe's Juice" from the LFS. it just dissolves away. It doesn't effect other softies. I would recommend a syringe to inject.

Peppermint Shrimp are also a good way to rid these guys. I've had really good luck with peppermint shrimp, however, some people don't have such good luck. There are also a number of products you can use, including making your own like kalkwasser. Do a search in the forums to find a number of methods to eliminate them.
