    My 90gallon Build!!

    I just picked up a monster of a skimmer (ATI BUBBLE MASTER 250), 30lbs dead rock, two buckets of sand for "KILLER PRICES" from "NOMERCYMIKE" GOTTA CHECK his ADD on "CLASSIFIEDS" check it out!!! Thanks ALOT Mike you saved me a bunch of money that ill be back for more Equiptment and frag tank...

    *Josh IMO I like to mix Different Porouse type rock I like Fiji, an Tonga show pieces!!! But as long as your LIVE rock is very porous and u like the shape of that rock it's good to go!!! Hope it helps if anymore Qz let us kno!!! Good luck!!! Pics of different rock i hope it makes it easier...

    Yess the more porous your live rock the more Benificial bact. You will house in the pours of your rock!!! Hope that helped!!! Good luck!!!

    Hahahahaaaa I kno rite?? That is an interesting spot for the chato I just figured it has lots of flow and my lights do give it enough light, well seems to be enough for them to thrive, the ball is growing rapidly as a matter a fact I just pulled some out this morning!!!

    Yes I know I can get a lot of Equiptment money but I used to reef about 3-4 years ago and got rid of all my Equiptment and now that I'm starting bak up I REGRET selling my system!!! But I need a bunch of Rock because in the near future I am setting up a frag tank that NOMERCYMIKE is goin to help...

    Spaflex in the walls?

    Please.... I recommend NO METAL type fittings DONT risk it wether it be Brass or ANY other type metals only use PEX,PVC!!!

    Yes you sure can connect Pex to PVC only using a PEX Connector it makes your plumbing headache go away trust me I plumbed my home with this stuff!!! It bends real easy and withstands very cold wether without cracking or breaking!!! Good luck!!! Hope that helped!!

    I have same type lights Dual 250w hqi,quad 65w PC, and 14 1w led moonlights!!! The only prob. With LEDs lighting is "Upfront" Prices!!

    Maybe when the prices go a little down I may try those types of light but as for now just way too expensive for my Blood!! Do you run LEDs on your system FISHfishy??? I would luv ta see if you do and see pics of the Growth and health of your corals!!!Sorry I'm stuck in the OLD school type lights!!!

    I agree with the cost thing "OVER TIME" but MAN those REEF capable LEDs are no joke on prices!!! And for me I couldn't trust them on my reef??? Only because I never had LEDs other then they make GREAT Shimmer for moonlights!!!

    Looks like ima have ta stick to HQI Halides "OLD SCHOOL NOW¿?¿ but if anyone out there has these LEDS we would like to see them in a time capsule on a REEF SYSTeM!!

    I like to hear that "you never thought I can fit 350lbs of LR" because I thought the same thing Myself till I sat down and tried to figure out a way to use all my rock rather then to keep them curing!! Cuz I won't sell my reef Equiptment Anymore as I made that mistake two years ago when I had to...

    I kno it sounds "Imposible" but I have a 55g tank I'm building into a 4chamber sump (3-4" live sand,chato, "Big Porous"live rock then the last chamber I'm goin to put rubble rock!!! Let me kno wat u think about this plan as I am starting today rite after work!! Curing this Rock for about 7-8...
