    I used to have a large population of them also I think I could see mysid shrimps at lights out time. Now I don't seem to see many at all especially small ones.     It does look great. I agree with Bosco. You just don't notice all the changes seeing your tank on a daily basis. Sorry about your Mandarin. It looks like you have rearrange and added some things. What is the most successful coral that you had then that you still have now?

    I wish these were bigger pictures. I found out after the purchase BEFORE reading enough on here and asking questions that a yellow tang is too big for my tank and that the orange linkia star would starve in my limited set-up.

    I have done 2 large (60%) water changes in the last 3 weeks and am working on getting the water quality better. I am fighting too high a temp in tank and am getting frustrated.

    I had just learned after purchasing the linkia star that it would starve. I felt HORRIBLE.

    How exciting a new tank! This is a GREAT place to learn stuff! Congratulations. Errr about those test kits, what I had to do is get them one at a time, over time. My wallet couldn't take it all in one big purchase!:eek: I think it was Don who said that really clean water kills xenia hahahaha...
