Fish shop road trip, Wa to Ca. Which stores?
Definaltey stop at Upscales in Tualatin Just off I-5 South of Portland. WWW.Upscales.com Well worth the trip. I have been in shops all over the country and this is the best for Frags and corals. Great looking show tanks as well. Andy- adunn79

Sea Urchin
At first mine were fine, and I would feed them every few days with a small piece of krill or a silver side. After a while for no apparent reason they ate a Pink Sea Cucumber and started randonly eating other items in my tank. They both now live permanantly in my sump. I would not put urchins...- adunn79

Happy Valntines day! I have a 180 gallon bowfront reef tank with three 250 mh. one 400 mh and one 150 mh. What brand of chiller seems to be the most reliable? What size do I need? High Alk, Low Cal - Best fix
I had the exact same issue, did a few partial water changes and turned off the calcium reactor for a while. Alk went down slowly. Also added Kalkwasser with all topoff water to keep calcium and ph up. took about a month to drop. Only issue when Alk was high was dead snales when alk was high...- adunn79
