    TriggerFish help

That's great that he's eating well! In your pictures, it appears to be a lesion, is that correct? I'd recommend treating the fish with a broad spectrum antibiotic. I've seen other species develop these lumps that rupture, and the best we can do is prevent infection and facilitate healing.

By blue line wrasse, do you guys mean Halichoeres richmondi? Are they terminal males?

    where do your fish sleep?

Well, a flasher or fairy would be a good fit then :)

    where do your fish sleep?

This depends on the wrasse that you choose. Some great reef safe wrasses include flashers (Paracheilinus), fairies (Cirrhilabrus), and leopards (Macropharyngodon). Halichoeres are some of my favorite wrasses, but certain species can be a danger to a CUC (ie melanurus, though plenty do just fine...

    where do your fish sleep?

She's upside down? How long have you had her? I'd agree that substrate is too coarse for a leopard wrasse... Maybe consider mixing in some finer sand somewhere.

    TriggerFish help

It seems to me that the fish might have an internal blockage, causing lack of appetite, hard feces, and the swollen red area. I don't know of anything else you can do at this point except wait and hope it works itself out. If you can provide a picture that would be helpful.

He's easily 8 inches now, probably closer to 9. I've had him about 8 months, and he was 5 inches when I got him.

Yes, it was the first thing I put in the tank - both as a test and to seed the new rock and sand with pods and other micro-organisms. It's going to be there until my 210 is torn down and in place as the new refugium.

    520g Peninsula Build

Finally some updated pictures! Here's a little walk around the tank. Not the greatest but you get the idea. I'm a little light on coral at the moment, it takes a lot to fill a tank this size! Everything that I have though is doing really well. Got a lot of work...
