    Just for the record algae accounts for 70% of oxygen production on earth. While i agree with the rest of your statement, i just though it should be stated that oxygen can enter the water other ways

    You are very welcome. They are GORGEOUS fish. I actually think they look better in person than in pictures. Especially under a Halide/actinic. Id like to get some again just not in the tank with my adorable little jawfish.

    FWIW I returned the new digital timer, ( cant send back the corralife) got a GFI strip, and have mechanical timers on the GFI. Theyre working like clockwork. All is well.

    Forgive me I'm on a mobile. But yes its fairly scratch resistant. I'm not sure if its reef safe tho.

    Well yeah... I'm assuming the back of your tank is a clear acrylic right? If you paint the outside of that clear acrylic you will see through the inside and see the color on the outside. If that color is black that's what you'll see. If you draw a smiley face that's what you'll see.

    Id buy a 19.99 GFI power strip.. this one isnt going to actually run your lights with water running all over it, and to be honest if youve got that much water on it your lights are the least of your worries. A gfi will just cut its power

    Bosco it binds to plastic, but if i were you i would paint the outside back of the tank. As for if its scratch resistant. We use it sometimes to paint vinyl windows and it seems to hold up pretty well
