Magnesium Supplements??????????
It seems no matter what supplement you use for mag, it takes a lot. You can use straight epsom salt but you must keep up on your water changes when using only epsom salts due to a possibility of excess sulfate. Sea cucumbers
A sand sifting star will eventually starve to death. I have had good and bad luck with cukes. I have a black one that I have had for several years and he does a good job of cleaning the sand. The bad is I had a pink/black that got sucked into a pump intake and killed all my fish off a few years...- Willy

Flooded the living room twice!
OK I am a little confused.Did the sump over flow when you shut off your return pump? Or did the tank over flow while you had the pump running? What size pump and what type of overflow box are you using? If it is a CPR overflow box, they tend to be problematic, if it is a U-tube style over flow...- Willy

Cheap carbon filters, large micron sediment filters and horizontal DI chambers. If you don't have a good sediment filter it will clog your carbon filter and possibly the membrane. If you have a cheap carbon filter you will not remove contaminants that will destroy the membrane. And lastly...- Willy

She may be brilliant in her schemes, but as far as winning challenges( or lack there of) and helping out at camp she has done NOTHING to get where she is. 10k, 12k or 14k bulbs sps tank
6700 k is very close to natural sunlight, and they are a very yellow bulb so you will not get the WOW factor the higher kelvin bulbs give you.- Willy
