    Strange creatures in my tank

Bubbles, I would be worried way more about the "transparent feather duster looking things" Have your read up on Hitchhikers (as mentioned) yet? I thought my first aptasia was either a feather duster or a little baby anemone. Hey, that was YEARS ago! :)

    BOB Moore 2011 News.

That was me! I drove from Woodinville to Yelm, and realized I had gone too far. Called hubby for on-phone navigation aid. Got there just in time to see the last raffle. Thank you so much for taking care of me with those pretty frags from your tank, it was very kind and really unexpected! :)

Anyone in the North interested in carpooling? It looks like about an hours drive for me...

    HI!!! from Snohomish, Washington

Hey Johnny, welcome! You will not find a nicer bunch of people here. So helpful! I am just south of you, off of Maltby road. :) It's pretty neat to find more people who love this hobby, practically right around the corner!

    Changes to my 375g

That can't be only one BTA. Kirk, did you wire-tie ten of them together for that shot? :) Seriously, the colors are so much better with the upgraded lighting, I can't wait to see it loaded with Brains ( and Fish, of course!)

    Clowning Around

Nice video! Congrats on the babies, they look really good! I am jealous that you use a sump though, I've been only using sponge filters. :)

    Finally! Gina's (NanoReefer411's) 180+tank upgrade! =)

I have not tried frozen rotifers although I have a bunch.(have not heard much success with using them) I keep a live rotifer culture going all the time. When I don't have babies to feed, I freeze some to feed the corals. You don't need to batch greenwater either, there's an easier way ;)...

    Herefishyfishy's 180g, one more time

I stand corrected! GEEZE, that's five too many for sure! (thanks for the nightmare fodder, MIKE!) LOL

Mike, that is one heckova gorgeous set-up! Your tanks always look so pretty, now that stand is a piece of art in itself! :) Your transfer system is mind boggeling, lol I have to disagree on one thing. There is no such thing as too many clowns.:biggrin1:

If all that is not enticing enough to make me *salivate* want to go, then I don't know what is! :)

    Finally! Gina's (NanoReefer411's) 180+tank upgrade! =)

Hey Gina, read your thread and am very impressed with your tank set-up. Very sorry to hear about your kitty's illness, it is so hard to have a dear pet have a life threatening ordeal. If you want to get serious about clown-raising, I would recommend Joyce Wilkerson's book called...

First tank occupants - clownfish pair >> acting normal?

They might be just adjusting to the new environment, I bet once they find their "spot" they will act more normal-fishy. As far as sleeping goes, is there any fish out there that does NOT sleep? I would let 'em sleep in, they had a big day yesterday.. lol

    Show off your clownfish!

I have a new clown! She is half plain 'ol ocellaris and half wyoming white. Too new to name her yet, but am thinking of pairing her with one of the babies since she is still quite small herself. Unless I come across a very white snowflake ocellaris! (thinking I could get a few very nicely...

    February Get together

Possible, very possible! :) I am getting a tank this weekend. A 130 gallon. It has a SUMP and everything! EEEEEEEE! If all goes well, I might want to show it off in April. Might be pushing it though, but we'll see. I am more worried that if I join this "club with-in a club" that I"ll...

    February Get together

Ah HA! I do believe I qualify on both for this very exclusive club. I am within the 4.75 mile requirement and I have a fridge that could hold really good beer anytime anybody brings some. Did I mention, I have cookies?:D

    bristle worms

I agree with everyone about the benefits of bristleworms in a reef tank. When I saw my first one, I was totally grossed out and sought immediate eradication of every one of them. How could something so hideous be, in-fact, good? I have heard tales of the 12 incher, stalking and eating small...

Yes, a poll! :) Will there be t-shirts for the ladies? I believe NC2WA wanted a scoop-neck and cap-sleeves for evening wear...
