    Anyways to clear that up, Jason at CFI built the Salsa King tank and I designed and put it together. I also did the woodwork for that tank. And yes, most of the LFS's as well as myself sell CFI products..

    T5 Looks nice, seems that many are making the move in that direction even though you loss some light output the colours are much different and there are many other spectrum bulbs to choose from. Glad to see that the tank is getting towards what you guys wanted..

    Although the draw of keeping shark is seems to capture everyone in the hobbie at one point or another, there are nothing but downs to it. The animals grow rather quickly and become unable to stay healthy in the tanks that most people provide. They also dont move around as much as people would...

    If you have the room and can find a new home for the one you have, than a larger one would work better and you'd be happier in the long run.

    The tank is looking awesome guys.. decided to go T-5 ha? Did you use the icecaps for that or get different ballast? I cant tell in the pics.. Anyways looking good. Glad to see the fuge worked out.. It should keep the corals and the Mandrin very happy :)

    Does all Jakarta rock need to be cured?

    All rock needs to be cured unless it was dead and dry when you bought it. A good first test is to smell it. Smells like ocean: that's good...Smells like toilet: that's bad... Hope that helps..
