    Saltyfish's Skimmer Build

No doubt, that's what I am thinking. My neck is 24" so when I do a quick clean, I get it in my armpit.

I don't think so. The leathers I have are all from Sherman's tank, and I think most are green varieties. The one pictured under the right light is wicked neon green. Actually quite startling IMO.

Many thanks to Eric at The Shark Reef for being an all-around good guy. As many of you know, I am in the process of breaking down my tank, and have many sweet corals to offload. Eric and I have discussed this a bit and we both felt that he would not be able to handle the SPS, but he did mention...

    Saltyfish's Skimmer Build

Ah, OK....I misunderstood. Not for that tank in the pic! Duh... I am really interested to see how it performs. My only concern is thet the amount of pipe and number of angles may restrict performance, but perhaps that is miniscule compared to the power you will put to it. Very interesting build...

    Saltyfish's Skimmer Build

So th eprivate party that was interested in my system has bagged out and I am back to square one. I have contacted lacal LFS but am very open to any suggestions. I am curious if the PSAS illuminati thinks a "Take Down Party" would be a good idea? Maybe in place of a monthly event.

Hey Vicki! Yeah, I can understand with all the tanks you have as well. I am using a walker to get in and out of bed right now so the situation is a bit grim physically. I am optimistic that someone will see the value in the 750 lbs. of Marshall Island rock I have and come in to take the tank...
