    cobweb looking substance

You probably have vermetid(?) snails. They are funky little snail things that build a shell on your rock, then put out a big stringy web to catch food. They're a PITA when they start touching corals, cause they seem to sting a little. If you don't want them, you can crush the shell with pliars...

Anyone Know any good books or sites on Zoanthids?

Yeah, we have a 29g now, after downsizing from 100gal. We're looking at getting a 93 cube cuz we're runnignout of room for our zoas. Our tank has only zoas, couple of mushrooms, some xenia, and a few rics. But with the way we've been collecting zoas lately, we're going to run out of room soon...

Anyone Know any good books or sites on Zoanthids?

Also, You probably won't be able to keep a whole lot of zoas in a 20g, I'm sure you can see how you'll run outta room. On wet web media, there is an italian guy i can't think of the name of, but he wrote a book on coral propagation that is supposed to be excellent. !Anthony Calfo! Thats who he...

I love how colorful so many of your things are! The bright oranges are incredible! And great looking zoos! We have a 29g biocube as well, and have struggled with aquascaping. Yours looks so nice and open and natural! I really admire it!

    upgrading tanks

It would probably be a good idea to have a QT type tank setup to put the fish/corals in while you let the DT settle and get the parameters in order, and in case of a small spike you won't have to worry about losing anything. Have fun with bigger tank!!

    Can't keep the sand clean

Good luck! Just keep at the stuff and it'll go away eventually. a month or two into setting up a 46gal, the entiire bottom of the tank was covered in cyano. It killed our snails, our sand sifter goby had a freakout, it was intense. But it went away and the tank flourished!

    Can't keep the sand clean

Ya, it'll probably cause some dieoff, which will trigger a small cycle. It's normal, nothing to worry about. Just part of it. : )
