    Funny Diving Story!!!

Things like that would suck since there really isn't anything you can do. Funny story though.

What are you doing with your rebate check?

Yeah they had that on King 5. That sucks for the people that chose that method without knowing the impact. Oh well...everyone will get their's eventually.

    Need some Algae ID...options

Tested everything again and my current readings are: Ammonia - 0 Nitrite - 0 Nitrate - 0 Phosphate - .03 (Need to get this down) Alk - 8 dKh Calcium - 375 I have ran a phosban reactor with tlf phosban but that didn't help anything. I am thinking maybe Rowaphos? I am also dosing to bring up...

    Need some Algae ID...options

I have a total water volumn of 160 gallons roughly and a Skimmer rated for a 180-400 gallon tank. I do weekly 20% water changes using RO/DI water. (Have since the tank was set-up) I have 6,300 gph flow. I run carbon actively through a phosban reactor changed frequently. Again no detectable...

What are you doing with your rebate check?

I used turbo tax and got mine. Did you do direct deposit or a paper check?

    Need some Algae ID...options

Also just found bubble algae in there. :) It shows in the very top of the first picture. I didn't even know it was there until I was trimming back the plating algae.

What are you doing with your rebate check?

Well mine just hit my bank account today. I am replacing my skimmer with an SWC-200 which is better suited for my tank.

    Need some Algae ID...options

First of all my apologies for the quality of these photos....they are with a point and shoot camera. I used a tripod for some stability to make the shots a little more clear...hopefully I can get an ID on each of these and an option for removal. Just a quick back ground. The tank has been up...

Also do you have a pic of the inside of the reflector?

    Live sand filter

I say that about the lion fish since you say "Um also a crab or two... and a shrimp" Some good reading can be found here: http://www.reefkeeping.com/issues/2002-11/fm/feature/index.php You will also have to select a size appropriate for a 45g tank. I'm sure the nem should be fine with that...

    Live sand filter

Puffers and Lion Fish are not reef safe so that would kick the whole coral idea out the window. You also said maybe a hard coral if your light will support it....I would add the anenome to that list as well. They require alot of light. Incase nobody else mentions it you may want to rethink that...

    PH and outside air?

Do you have some sort of air filter on the end of the air feed line so you dont pull any unwanted stuff from the air outside. I have neighbors that bbq and such and dont think the tank would like the fumes from that. (Or many other things.)

    wholesale to the public?

I purchase all my live stock, live rock from LFS, as well as fish foods, carbon, etc etc. And I'll never miss out on good sales, however unless there is an emergency that is pretty much it. I recently purchased a Seio 1500 for $60 brand new shipped, and no tax. I would have easily paid 89.99...

    Mogul to double ended conversion.

I use single end and dont really see a reason to switch to DE.

GRAND THEFT AUTO 4 FOR Xbox 360

I would tend to disagree. A video game that you can get 40+ hours of play out of would average $1.50/hr for entertainment. If you buy a blu-ray movie for $25 and it is 2 hours long you would have to watch it 9 times to equal the same entertainment value. Plus when you look at it the way a do...

    How I beat dinos

Phosban Reactor running carbon I would assume. (This is how I run carbon in my system.)
