Thanks Charlie, this tank has been a ton of fun so far. I love being able to finally get into SPS and now I get to witness my tank doing good by watching stuff grow!
They are a good thing. They are like mini shrimp that live in our tanks that can provide an additional live food source to our fish and inverts. Similar to copepods (in how I think about their use) but larger. This site FAQs about Amphipod Crustaceans has some pictures mixed in with the FAQ...
Did the molt have any color to it? It is extremely hard to tell from the picture but, when I look at the pic first thing that comes to mind is a full grown amphipod molt. I have seen them, and their molts, in my tank easily 1/4" or a little bigger.
Now, I also tried doing top down pics for the very first time. These are all just first attempts with my same old camera and no top down box.

Right to the rocks for the most part. The failures came from some glue I bought that was just horrible and failed like 2 days later. So I went to the store and got the super glue I usually use. That is what I get for being too lazy to go to the right store lol.
So I guess now to your original question....lol
I got everything glued to my rock work except the mystery acro. It didn't like the trip over here as much so I had to frag is and glue it to plugs cause it started having slow tissue loss. I have 3 frags on my frag rack by my return healing up.
