    I did a 10% water change the other day and for some reason now the overflow isn't draining as fast as it was prior to the water change. Any help would be great. I am running an Eshopps ext. overflow and a mag 7.

    Indoor Reef in Tacoma has a used 35 gal one like in the pic, with a ball valved controlling the water flow in the opening below. I almost bought it myself.

    for the extra $10 bucks or so the Vertex is the way to go, and you don't have to wait for it, and who knows you me even go home with a frag or a fish as well

    I bought the Vertex refractometer from Barrier Reef. Very solid construction and stays calibrated. More $$$ than the ebay ones but I am sure a better product. They run $59.99. Great investment for me.
