    Breeding burgia nudibranch?

Hmm OK that's not what I wanted to hear. Although I do know amphipods love nudibranch eggs so that would be an issue. Well I'm sure that if I need a ton of aiptasia to make this work some of might fellow refers on rf probably wouldn't mind parting with some!

    Breeding burgia nudibranch?

I may be wrong here but after reading there q and a section I get the feeling that they meant 17 aiptasia per nudibranch in order to have them breed in your tank. I'm wondering about keeping them in a small (6"x6") container and directly feeding them aiptasia so there will be no predators or...

Wow 17? I've done quite a bit of research and haven't read anything like that. But thanks for the advice, I'll definitely check with them

    Breeding burgia nudibranch?

Just wondering if anyone has done this successfully? I picked up 5 of them today all about 1/2" to 3/4" long. I'm thinking I'll breed them separately from my dt so my swarms of amphipods don't eat the eggs. Currently I have them in a clear Tupperware container wedged between my lid and side of...

Need tips on building a stand

Thanks for the input guys, I'll be using pretty much all of your ideas. And that link was great! I think I'll make it 54x24 (still unsure about height) and make removable panels on both ends. What is frp? D my tank has been pretty quiet lately until yesterday when I cranked my return pump up to...

Need tips on building a stand

So after a couple of issues with my plumbing my waterlogged particle board stand is looking pretty sketchy, so I'd like to build myself a nice new stand and maybe a hood. Before I start I'd like to see if anyone has any tips or tricks for me. My tank is a 90 gallon (48x18x24) by the way...

    Looking for some chaeto

Does anybody somewhat close to tacoma have some pest free chaetomorpha they'd like to trade away? I have some nice soft corals and I don't need a ton of chaeto. Must be pest free (aiptasia is ok) thanks!

    Soft Corals fs!

    Yep it is.

    Soft Corals fs!

Most frags are about $10, a little more for a few of them. Any coral in the pictures that I have a lot of can be fragged, this includes most of the softies and the candy canes but not the frogspawn, hammer, or anemones. I'd possibly trade for a select few Corals (maybe some Duncans?) but Im...

    Cleaning used live sand

Hey guys I'm looking to add a dsb to my fuge in my... 4 year? Established tank. When I started this tank I used used live sand. I boiled it, then rinsed it for a long time, then boiled it again, then rinsed it again. It was a loooong process. I'm thinking of doing the same thing when I add...
