    I have a little black sac of something growing on a rock in my tank. Its about as round as a pencil eraser. I think it an egg sac but not sure what kind of eggs. Can anyone help.

    What is a refugium. Is this something really needed for a reef tank? I know it sounds like a silly question but I figured I am new and i need to learn some how. Thanks Tom K

    good Idea on the bypass I will give it a try. That will save me some time in replacing a part that might not be bad.

    I think it is a faulty switch. I will end uptaking it out of comission. But I just don't want to lose any of my tiny just starting out corals.

    I bought a metal halide light. Worked great for a week now the ballest is acting wierd. Had to turn it upside down to make it work. I was planing ahead on getting another or rebuilding. This one. Thanks Tom K

    Nice to know. It is hard to figure what to put in and have and what not to have. It is so nice so far I just don't want to screw it up. Now what are the type of fish that are good for a reef in a 29 gallon tank.

    Around 30 of them. After they did that they all went back into the rocks. It was real wierd.

    Got a new piece of rock for my tank. It is loaded with brittle stars. They keep coming out and standing up on there tips and spraying a red stuff into the water. Should I be worried one for having somany stars and two the red spray. Thanks Tom K
