    found this in my zoa coloney at first I thought manjo or aptasia but not sure the reason I thought aptasia and manjo retract to the touch this just stays there could this be a xeina stalk poping up since I have xeina not far from where this is thanks for the help

    trying to figure out what this is real weird looking thing is and if its good or bad bout 1/2 inch long looks like a shell less snail but with a lobster type tail

    what kind of coral is this

    when open it has purple and yellow polyps each open to about 5/8 of a inch and wow it pops Ill try to get another pict when it opens got 3 nice 3 1/2 inch frags out of it for $15. not a bad deal but be nice to know a little about it

    wrape the tank with plastic sealing off any voids than set off your bomb than remove carfully when it's safe thats what I do when exterminator comes never had a issue with any of my tanks doing this

    been doing a lot of research but still haven't found my answer, yet maybe you guys can help me out OK I read there reef safe but with caution so what are the cautions read they are semi aggressive but if added last they are more calm and wont pick on less aggressive smaller fish is this true...

    it has a hard tube like a feather duster but only has one long tentical coming from it pict isn't the best but it's the best I can get with my junkie camera thanks for the help

    how do you kill bubble algae

    pulled coral out today removed all the bubbles , looks good so far I will monitor it in QT a couple weeks before returning to main tank as for emerald crab Ill pass I see how much damage the hermits do to coral , there being removed 1 by 1 till all out of main tank and rehomed in fuge
