    You can try using a razor blade BE CAREFUL! I have used it on my freshwater aquariums where the water level was low and received the white ring. I also use the razor blade to get coralline off my reef tank. The razor blade works great! It shouldn't scratch the glass unless you press way too...

    This may seem like a silly question but how exactly does the injector work? It seems this model has both injectors come together as one and I imagine that is where the water flow runs. Do I have to use an air filter for the air intake?

    Thanks LakeEd!! I wll contact mark. I tried setting up the sump yesterday (without the skimmer) and I failed miserably. I am somewhat emarrassed since most people say it is easy to set up a sump and I am seem to have trouble. I've always used above the tank refugiums (DIY).
