    That's www.aquaristics.com forgot the S on the end, sorry bout that. They're called Aquaconnect 400w 14000k HIT bulb and are $145 ea.

    Where did you get yours? www.aquaristic.com is the only place I've seen them. $145 ea. for 400w. Sanjay tested them with Lumenarc III, they had the absolute highest par of any bulb that he tested on pfo hqi ballast.

    I think you would have to be absolutely fanitical with water changes and a very small bio load. There's always some kind of waste being put off by fish, coral ect.

    There are alot of good reputable people out there to buy frags online from. In the area I live in (Texas) its hard to find a lfs that carries aquacultured frags, everything is wild. The one lfs in my area was carring nothing but ORA stuff but decided there just wasn't enough demand to keep stuff...

    I explain almost all the problems I'm having with them. 1 of the mods will almost never turn the right direction and the other will run right then every minute or two run the other direction and bounce off the stopped for about 10 seconds before going the right direction.     Me, my first book was by Martin Moe, can't even remember the name now, DUH.:confused: Must of read it at least 4 times. Got the basics, some education from it and asked question till I was blue in the face. That was in 1989-90. Still asking questions and answering a few when I can....
