    MY Hawaii trip :)

    Peahi is "jaws" north of hookipa by the town of haiku. Im from there, just wanted to clear it up a bit. Love to surf at hookipa, won't dare surf Jaws!

    Just a quick question.... Anyone know where to fill a Co2 tank on Saturdays? I know central welding supply fills co2 but i didn't think they are open on the weekend.

    anything under tank?

    Hi, I'm setting up a new acrylic tank and was wondering if some type of matt was needed to be placed between the tank and stand to insure even pressure to the bottom of the tank? The stand is a DIY and has a slight slope on one end. would hate to scrap the stand, it looks good.

    I am blamming Oceanic Salt for coral loss.......

    i just started using oceanic salt and noticed a quick buildup of hair algae... which I never had a problem with. I was told by a local (anonymous)LFS that it was a great source of calcium. Well I got enough to make 40 more gallons .... anyone know if you could use it for cooking? :D jk.

    yes they are true perculas, I got them from a guy that lived by me in mill creek that was moving. They lay eggs every now and then. I have always wanted to raise them, but i need to figure out how to raise their food. equipment, green water etc?
