    craigslist is a good place to look. sometimes the tanks are garbage, but there are a lot of gems there. That setup looks good to go though, how is your current filtration going?

    Curing dry rock?

    I would let the base rock cycle, then check to see if any phosphates are leached. If none, and nirtates are acceptable from whatever organics are still around, then it is ready for the tank.
