    Beautiful Reactor Mike! Love it! How much was that bad boy? The coarse thicker granulate provides better circulation through each other in a non fluidized reactor. Your Deltec is fluidized and thats one of the key things I love about it. If you have better circulation you get less trapped...

    What other animals reduce nitrates?

    good one! Under the proper anaerobic conditions, Cyanobacteria utilize heterocysts in which nitrogen fixation can occur. Im not too sure if its the best though as they have to be in the right conditions for this to occur.

    What makes skim in SPS Tank?

    Skimmers remove proteins and other organic compounds from the aquarium before they have a chance to break down and foul the water. These organics are brought up a cylinder chamber through micronic bubbles cleaning their surface.
