    Today I noticed a couple of very tiny snails...to me they look like the kind that live in the sand. Anyway, I was told that snails will not reproduce in tanks. If that is true, where could these snais have come from?

    correction....you are READING the parts about how things are going well now. Thats really not nice to be so discouraging on this site. Is this what you do one here???...I hope not because you could really ruin it for new reefers.

    I have the actinic (blue) lights on from 9-10am and 6-7pm. I have my daylight cycle from 10am-6pm (white and blue lights) and then the lunar lights run over night. Any suggestions or is this fine?

    Should I feed my fishes the same thing all the time or should I give them some variety? If so, what are some other options other then the frozen tiny shrimp I am feeding them? Thanks all!
