    Yea, the nematocytes of zoanthids and palythoas are pretty toxic. I believe its called palytoxin, like one the most toxic stuff on earth. Thanks for reminding me of this, now I'll start wearing gloves...perhasp :)

    It looks to me like a Barlett's Anthias. And for the anemone, it look like a flower anemone, which are common hitchhikers.

    Assuming you have a skimmer, I would just manually remove the algea and run your skimmer a litte more wet and reduce feeding for a little while.
