    so sorry, thats a bummer. I know how you feel. I changed out the carbon a week or so ago and did a water change sunday. 30 gals on the 240 is not a big change, but since monday, I think one of my squamosas is fading fast. it spawned last night too. I'll see when I get home tonight.

    thats all she really needs in that filter. get a used 40 long or 40 B tank for the sump. someone is bound to have one on craigs list. I used plexi from home depot to make the baffles and sealed them in with aquarium silicone. she will need an overflow box. Eshopps is a good brand. I use them...
