That's good to hear. But be careful with the tripoly. It's used for mositure retention and whatever the water used at the factory is in the flesh of seafood. Then this weter will stay on the seafood unless you boil the product!

For people using Kalk with top off, do you use a reactor?

have you seen any negative effect form the food? I battled crazy HA before so I am little more cautious on things I put in my tank these days.......

You should check the NF to make sure there is no tripolyphosphate used in the seafood mix. These are usually packed in China and their squid is usually soaked in chemicals. If these are packed in Peru or Ecuador, you should be safe. I'm in the industry and pretty familiar with Aquastar brand.

Mine will stay on the rack for a while. I need to go buy some flat rocks then make room for the new pieces. That means i need to take the canopy off the tank........ Sea King has some awesome pieces for sure. You should definatly go check them out.

Nice Favia piece. Mine will stay on the frag rack for a while. Is your piece right below the direct light? In my tank, they tend to lose color unless I put them in shades.

I'm planning to attend this year and bring some frags but i will not have the tank there or anything. Please let me know how things work there. I'm only bringing small stuff but it would be nice to meet new people for sure. SSC x 3 (sorry for the size but they are encrusted on the lug!) Red...
