    Hi, I am getting my wet/dry trickle filter filled up with a bunch of white foam? Is this normal, something genrated by the bacteria? The tank is 90 gal and fish only. I hooked up the wet/dry in sept and started noticing the foam last week. thanks.

    Hi, I bought some used equipment (power heads, etc). Do I need to do any thing special to resuse (ie, sanitize/clean)? Also, I have a fresh water tank I am converting to salt water. What should I do to clean it so that fresh water mold/fungi/algae don't cause a problem? thanks.
