    I have seen several of these, and couldn't tell you if they were the "fireworm" variety that eats coral .. any pictures of the bad guy?

    I have seen these occasionally.. just after the lights are turned on.. I have a young dragon wrasse.. and if these snails were diurnal, I'm sure they would be eaten.

    I have a marine snail which is about 3/4 " long, black shelled, long siphon, something like turbellaria in shape. lays a clutch of 5-8 eggs. Does not touch macro algae, or harm coral.. Good with unicellular apparently, and great on detritus. Any idea what it is?
