    One or two heaters

I have an apex aquacontroller to protect me from cooking the tank. It sounds like two heaters isn't a bad idea. At least if one goes down, the tank will probably just run cooler and then hopefully I catch it before it's too late.

    One or two heaters

I'm setting up a new tank and trying to decide on heaters. Is it better to have two heaters in case one fails and if that's the case, should each one be large enough to heat the tank? Thanks, Rich

How big of a tank can I get?

So my wife wants a new tank and I figure I have to go bigger. What I need to figure out is how much weight a 2nd floor will support. Are there any guidelines to this and/or better location to place it?

Newly Getting Back Into the Hobby

It's fish poop, uneaten food, and whatever else goes to the bottom of the tank. When you siphon out your sand, detritus is the stuff you are sucking out.
