1/2 hp Aquamedic chiller

So my 1/2 hp aquamedic chiller is set to arrive for me tomorrow. Excited to set it up. I have been scouring the net all evening trying to find out what pump to use with it. All I can find is that they recommend 300-500gph flow through the chiller. This isn't terribly helpful as I have no idea how much resistance to expect from the chiller. A submersible pump would work best for me.

Anyone with this chiller - what are you using to squeeze 300-500gph through the unit?
