10k vs 14k Metal Halide?

Would corals color up better under 10k or 14k 250w metal halide?

I went from 10K to 15K. If I understand it correctly, coals grow slower under the 15K lighting but I like the look of the tank better with the 15K's. Not as harsh white as with the 10k's and the corals look prettier under 15k.

I went from 10k to 20k and stopped using my actnic and still great growth and great color and use less power.

I for the longest time (4+years) went with 10K MH --- but just few days ago switched out with 14K.

I really like it...does not have the sharp white color. Much easier on eyes.

Hope fish and corals like it also.
