180 gallon modification

I have a custom 180 gallon tank (6L*2W*2H) that I would like to have converted down to to a 90 gallon (6L*2W*1H).

The tank has a single overflow on the right side that is 13"L*6"W.

How feasable would that be if even possible or would it be more cost effective to just have a new tank built?
