Friday, July 17th, 2009:

- 4 pm-6 pm Social at 1837 Stevens Drive, Richland, WA
- 6 pm-7:30 pm Dinner (BBQ)
- 7:30 pm-8:30 pm Speaker (Jake Adams)
- 8:30 pm - Party Time Questions & Answers
- Party Time-10ish pm End Social


Saturday. July 18th, 2009

- 8 am-9 am Breakfast if desired-Red Lion Hotel, Richland, WA (At own
expense)
- 9ish/9:30 am-11:45 am Tank Tour (4 Tanks? - Maps will be provided)
- 12 pm - 1 pm Break for lunch (Anywhere-At own expense)
- 1ish/1:15 pm-5:30 pm Battelle Auditorium, Richland, WA (See the
"Tank Tour Map Book" for address) Speakers: Matt Pedersen, James
Fatherree, Bob Fenner
- 5:45 pm "No Host Bar" will open in the Vernita Room at the Red Lion
Hotel, Richland, WA
- 5:45 pm-6:15 pm Social in the Vernita/Hanford Rooms at the Red Lion
Hotel, Richland, WA
- 6:15 pm-8 pm "A Taste of Tuscany" Dinner served (Buffet will remain
open for 1 hour-Hotel Food Code)
- 8 pm-11:30 pm Social/Silent Auction/Raffle/Q&As (Paypal will be available
for the Silent Auction/Raffle purchases)
- 11:30 pm-12 am Clean up

Tickets can be purchased at the door Friday and Saturday. If you would like to make arrangements to drop off your ticket money in advance, please feel free to call me and we'll get you taken care of.

Things are getting exciting around here!!!

I am sure they will be. Getting Ice now so we can have the coldest drinks in town. Kegerator set up with some Hefe. Women are busy making fruit salads, lemonade, tea, Foods for Friday right now. I better get my wagon in Gear! I look forward to seeing you all here soon!!!!
