250 watt MH over a 20gal?

I have a 20tall plumbed into my 40 breeder and I am getting a great deal on a Corallife 24" 250wMH 2x65 watt PC 2xLED. Would this be too much for a 20tall. I am wanting to keep mainly sps but there will be some lps and softies in there.

for sps that shouldnt be too much and as it is a 20 tall that should also give you good penetration down to the bottom even.

Thats what I was thinking. I will also use it for a frag tank. I am getting the light for $85!

I've had a 400w over my 20g 15'' above water line and I think i saw more growth with it so no I think you are good with the 250w over your 20
