I have sand some new and some live/aged cured and aged rock and water in the 29 bow and just waiting for the cycle to complete. The rock and some of the live sand came from nomercymike (nice rock and a great guy) so I am hoping for a short cycle but will wait as long as it takes (sigh). I will post some pics tonight or tomorrow.

Sounds good!! What are you uising for equipment, lighting etc?? :)
4x24 watt T5s and an Aqua C Remora. I have a large sump with an Eheim hobby pump circulating in the garage with some rock and a couple of fish that I will incorporate with some macros at some point. I am also running a Fluval 405 that was on the 11 tall for a couple of years so it has a nice bacteria load built up so hopefully it will help with the cycle.

I forgot that I have a 29 acrylic also circulating in the garage with some nice rock and musrooms on it but it has loads of aiptasia on it so I need some Berghia to clean it up before I use the rock.

Nice!! Sounds good!! Will look out for pictures to come! :)

Nice!!! And you never had an issue using that fluval?? What all do you have in it and how often do you clean it? Just curious. Usually if sponges are used and left too long between cleanings can cause water quality issues. Not very many people use them in salt applications. :)

Krish, I will open it up and see what is in it. I bought an 11 tall running setup and it was on it so I have just been running it to help with the bioload.

Moved some rock and did a water change tonight. The amonia is almost gone everything else looks fine. I will give it a couple of more days and test again.
