400 watt hqi ballast

I have some 400 Watt HQI ballast and just got the reflectors in for them. However they are Mogul socket ones because I didnt want to deal with the glass with the HQI. Anyway, I am trying to wire up the reflectors but they came with a two wire connector and on the ballast its a 3 wire. What do I do with the extra wire?! TIA!

Its a ground, I just pout mine on the reflector.... white to white black to black green to ground.. if its blue it gose to black. I hate electrical LOL
