I saw this
Millions of fish found dead in California marina - Yahoo! News

strait upset...

not at why.. but at the fact that there's no acknowledgment Of why...

Have you found your hat yet??? I see you were looking for it on facebook  Good to see you around lil man!! :)

From what I've been reading, about this fish die off event, it seems to be generally thought to be a somewhat rare, but natural occurring event. I remember reading about something very similar happening, a couple of years ago, in an area with pristine water conditions. My thoughts are that it might have something to do with an algae bloom, such as Red Tide...but who knows. At least the fish are being recycled, and used as fertilizer and a lot of birds are definitely getting their fill.

By the way, good to see you back!! Don't be such a stranger!

i heard the school could have been chased (by predator) in the the harbor area and consumed all the o2 in the water resulting in death secondary to hypoxia. very strange tho

very unlikely that a school would be forced in to the shallows, i believe it directly related to the oil siting on the sea floor in the gulf

and i hope my hats in my box.... its my favorite one

Oil sitting on what gulf floor? This happened in California. Also, oil coming out of the sea floor happens all the time with no help from man.

i beg to differ... don't be so naive, its one ocean or one large fish tank..

and i am curtain that the gulfs Little oil leak will have a massive effect on the ocean over the next years and years to come
