I have a 75 gallon reef with corals in it and want to know opinion on how many fish to keep.

As far as current livestock i have
Medium size longnose hawk
coarl shrimp.

want to add
3 pj cardinals

the tank has a quite a bit of very well established rock and sand . A tunze 50 gallon skimmer. A refugum with a large ball cheato in side.

is this a medium or high load? I feed every other day sparingly

I don't think that it's too much to add. As long as you keep up with your regular maintenance, ie cleaning, vacuuming, and water changes.

that is super ample room for all those fishes in a 75, most people don't even give a second though to add a tang. i think its great your giving them so much room to roam.

my current bio load is pair of clowns, watchman goby, and dwarf lion in my 100 gal breeder.
but if your that worried upgrade your skimmer to overkill
