in my 75 gallon i have 75 lbs of live rock and a yellow tang. how about a dwarf lion? are there any triggers that could fit? picasso? also what about any medium sized angels? not the dwarfs... and wrasses? i still want cleanup crew... thanks...

The usual setup routine is to add live rock; wait; add cleanup crew; feed cleanup crew; wait; add fish slowly. Who provided you with guidance on how to setup the FOWLR system? These are my detailed recommendations: http://www.reefland.com/forum/saltwater-fish-only-aquariums/19326-setting-up-fowlr-aquarium.html

The tank is too small for:
Tangs
Triggers
Large Angels (unless you'd like to keep a small juvenile for a few years)

A dwarf Lionfish is a good choice, as well as any of a number of wrasses that remain small. :)

I prefer:
Tangs to be kept in aquariums that are 6 feet long, minimum;
Triggers to be in a 90 or above; and
Large Angels in a 180 or larger.
