Acclimate to LEDS?

Ok Now that I have my new LEDS running on the Nano reef. How slowly do I turn up the intensity daily? weekly? or is slowly through out the day.

I would start them out at 10% power, then a week later raise to 15% and so on and so forth. If you find that 5% power is a biit too much, then back it down to a 2% increase
