I need to replace my 4 vho's for the first time. They are currently 48" URI. I think one is a super blue actinic and the other three are white. Does anyone have a recommendation of what bulbs I should buy and where? Maybe a actual parts description. I am noticing that there are a ton out there and it is hard to choose:)

I have soft and hard corals.

I'd stay with URI bulbs.
On 4 bulb combos I've used the 1-actinic and 3 actinic/white (50/50)

I go from website to website comparing prices.
There have been a couple group orders here on RF led by fragman. Might want to check with him and see if anything like that might be in the near future.

Second that - find out when fragman will be ordering next, and ask him to be included.

Hello;

It is recommended to change 1-bulb at a time in weekly intervals if no one has mentioned that to you. As your livestock has become accustomed to the lower light level. Also, don't be surprised it your dosing requirements change after you start replacing them.

Are the other three white bulbs a certain Kelvin rating? 10K, 14K, etc,. 50/50 ?

You will want to know this information when ordering bulbs.

Enjoy!
