Does anyone know what this is?

If it wasn't for the color I would say 100% aiptasia, but the color leaves me with a 30% aiptasia.

I'll do some researching tonight.

I enhanced the photo and noticed the 'arms' are feathery, is this true?

Begining to think it's an oddball feather duster.

Zul,
That is called Bryopsis. I had it once. I recommend you pull it out of your tank.

Look familiar? I have two nice clumps that I have kept from "raging" on the tank, and they have yet to do anything bad. My banded goby munches on them here and there, and my royal gramma uses them for cover. (getting pics now)
