The 29 nano seems to be stuck in between 0 and 0.25 I did a 95% water change 2 days ago and it is back to the same reading. Everything else seems fine. Any ideas?

get it double checked with another test kit or LFS 95% is a big change could have caused a mini die off in bacteria if it was not matched with the original tank water pararmeters

How long has this tank been up?? As suggested, something could have died or it could even be a bad test kit. Re-testing with a different test kit as suggested might be a really good option. If newly setup and your tank is still going through the initial cycle, I'd hold off on the water changes to allow the necessary bacteria to grow and deal with the ammonia. By changing water (and so much of it) will only slow down this process. This is granted, this is a newly setup tank. Let us know though... :).

Also remember that newly mixed SW has a bit of ammonia in it until completely settled out to.

I checked just now and it is about 0.15ish. The tank has seasonded and cured live rock from nomercymikes tear down. The water has been in for about three weeks now. Everything else is inline.
