Do all anemomes eat fish? I thought of getting one, someone told me the eat other fish. Please forgive my stupidity, I know nothing about anemomes.

they are all capable of eating fish, even fish larger then the anemone itself. however this is very rare in most anemones..
stay away from the condylactis anemones they are fish eaters.
RBTA's, seabae's, and LTA's are all good choices that arent known to eat fish..

Matt

yeah i agree with Matt dood, not all of them eat fish :) .
you should try with the rose bubble or the long tentacle ones.

I had a carpet anemone for a while that ate my almost 5" naso tang.
It seems that if it's fed a lot it won't distub the fish, but I will NEVER take the risk again.
My RBTA was over 15" long before splitting and never did anything.
