So I get my first anemone and two clown fish. Sadly on of the clown fish died and I am not sure if they fought over the anemone. One of them would not let the other near it.

Any way, the anemone finds a home in which he has not moved since I got him (which I guess is good), but the place he made his home is on a rock facing the back of the tank. So, I can not enjoy the clown fish and the anemone.

Should I turn the rock around to face the front of the tank or leave it alone.

Also, what do I feed the anemone and how often?

Thanks!

You could move the rock, but it's no guarantee that the anemone won't move again. What type of anemone is it? Some anemones naturally make their home in rocks, while the majority of anemone species prefer to make a home in the sand bed.

As for feeding, if you have appropriate lighting for an anemone, feeding isn't really necessary. If you do plan to feed, small pieces of prawn, shrimp, silversides or other frozen sea inhabitants will be just fine. Just make sure that the pieces aren't too large. You can judge the size, by the anemone's mouth.

If it is a BTA, sometimes you can point your power head at them and they will move. Kinda a hit an miss though.
