Any ID on this?

Greetings all-

A few of these hitchhiked in on some macro that I recently acquired.... any guess as to what they may be? It isn't any sort of anemone.... moves quickly when it needs to.

might be some sort of hydroid. In any respect, I would try and rid them.

Google "Sea Spider" and "Callipallene" and see if any of the pics match. I believe that's what it is. From what I know, most are predatory, some feeding on SPS.

Well, I pulled 5 or 6 out with an airline siphon.... they pretty much disintegrate during the process. The 2 that "made it" were observed for a while in a clear container. The larger moved when irritated by using it's "fronds" and sort of flipping across the cup. The pic above seems to show legs but I was unable to find any on closer observation.

Haven't found any pics under the names above that are even close to these things...... bothersome }:]
