Hi Mike, and welcome to Reef Frontiers!!!
There are quite a few of us darn addicted Reefers over on this side of the pond! I'm one of them, and I'm sure more will jump in here shortly and introduce themselves to ya as well. *smile*
As for the PSAS. Its a local (Western Washington) club, very inexpensive (I believe only $20 a year membership), that has monthly meetings... usually over Bellevue Community College. Those meetings range from guest speakers, BBQ's, Tank Tours... to Sponsor Meetings (where various local sponsors show their support of us in the hobby, with donations that are raffled to raise money for the club). All in all, very well worth the small membership fee in my book.
It sounds like you're doing EXACTLY as you need to. TAKING IT SLOW!!! For me, that is the HARDEST part of our hobby. We see all these lovely tanks... and think to ourself "I want that"... and its really hard to resist those urges to get it all now, and let things progress slowly as they should! *Smile*
Feel free to ask any questions about your tank, or even just so you understand more what someone else is posting about here. I believe you'll find most everyone here at Reef Frontiers VERY helpful... I know I sure have!
Glad to have you aboard!
