Anyone know where I can get s88 ci ready mix concrete in western washington?

New upcoming project, but I don't want to pay $75 shipping for 2 bags of concrete mix:
EMACO S88 CI, SPRAYABLE, FIBER-REINFORCED STRUCTURAL REPAIR MORTAR (55lb)
Its Emaco s88 ci marine concrete.

Anyone know a local place off hand that might sell some specialty stuff, or at least special order it? Id like to get 2 bags.

I tried the manufacturer, still haven't gotten a hold of them. As for the other idea, gonna try that right now. Thanks.

They had 77 bags in Spokane, they will toss a few in the back of the truck when they do the weekly delivery. Took all of 5 min total and Ill have it on Friday!
$35 a bag, goodbye foam wall!
